It depends on the format: from 1,000 pcs per design for blind boxes and hard enamel pins, 300 pcs for studio resin figurines, 500 sets for figurine sets, and 1,000–2,000 pcs for charms. Below these volumes we can sometimes run a sampling-only project — send the brief and we will tell you honestly.

Sampling runs 5–20 days depending on format. Mass production runs 20–75 days after sample approval: badges and acrylic charms at the short end, resin figurines at the long end. Freight adds 3–35 days by mode. We commit to a date at PO and report against it weekly.

EN71-1/2/3, ASTM F963, CE marking and REACH for toy-grade products; REACH and nickel-release testing (EN1811) for jewelry-adjacent formats; CPSIA tracking-label readiness for US programs. Factory audits: ISO 9001:2015, BSCI and ICTI CARE reports are on file and shareable under NDA.

Yes — NDA before any design material changes hands, and we support NNN agreements (non-disclosure, non-use, non-circumvention) as standard for original IP. Sculpt files and molds are physically and contractually quarantined per client; tooling ownership language is yours to specify.

Blind box and pin samples: USD 80–150 per design, credited back against mass production. Resin statue prototypes: USD 300–600 depending on scale. Digital sculpt proofs and 3D renders are free within the first two revision rounds.

Yes — color boxes, header cards, backer cards, display cartons, GS1 barcode fields and multilingual legal panels are in-house. Send your retailer's vendor pack and we will build the spec sheet against it.

Standard: 30% deposit with PO, 70% against final inspection report before shipment. First orders T/T; open to L/C at sight for programs above USD 80,000 and repeat relationships.
